Hi, I'm Aarushi — a learner, leader, and changemaker.
Currently a high school student at Jamnabai Narsee School, I’m passionate about psychology, public speaking, and community impact. From leading The TEDEd club and Model UN teams to interning in mental health organizations and publishing research on brand psychology, I believe in combining creativity with empathy to drive meaningful change. Whether it’s mentoring peers, crafting cultural exchanges, or advocating for mental health and menstrual equity — I show up with curiosity, commitment, and a collaborative spirit.

Psychotherapy Intern

March 2025 – April 2025 | Mumbai, India

Assisted licensed professionals in a mental health setting by participating in case discussions on adolescent anxiety and behavioral therapy, conducting weekly English and soft skills workshops for 30+ students at a government school, compiling and analyzing case histories for over 15 clients to support treatment planning, and authoring accessible blog content on key psychological concepts.

Supported therapists in delivering tailored learning plans for children with ADHD, focusing on enhancing attention, behavior, and communication skills through structured activities, while also using behavioral tracking tools and assessments to monitor progress and adapt teaching methods to individual needs.
